The Congregation at Ugale
For 300 years, people have been coming to the Ugale church to
worship. Built in 1697, the building is a cultural and
historical monument recognized in Europe. In addition to
preaching the Gospel and promoting Christian fellowship, the
congregation is also working toward altar and organ restoration.
Because of financial reasons, the church is not heated during
the winter, so the temperature during church services often
reaches 28°F (-4°C). The congregations are looking into
purchasing a building for Bible studies, youth meetings and
other fellowship events.
Ministries include:
Sunday School
Confirmation classes
Bible Studies
Youth Ministry
Music Ministry Womens Choir
